Hummo – Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

Hummo (“the app”) is published by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS, COUNTRY] (“we”). This page explains what data the app handles. The short version: Hummo has no account, no advertising and no tracking.

What stays on your device

Your favourite mixes, settings, onboarding choices and the bedtime reminder time are stored only on your iPhone. We cannot see them, and they are deleted when you delete the app.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone or advertising identifier.

When you buy a subscription, Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details. To manage subscriptions we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), which receives your purchase receipt and a random anonymous identifier generated by the app, so we can know whether Premium is active. This is necessary to provide the service you paid for. RevenueCat’s own policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

Notifications

If you enable the bedtime reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. It is not sent through any server.

Legal basis (EU/UK users)

Handling your purchase status is necessary to perform our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention and your rights

Purchase-status data is kept as long as needed to honour your subscription and to meet accounting obligations. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Hummo is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. Subscriptions are meant to be bought by adults.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, inform you in the app.
